“You can hear our recharge sound right in Stalker! This is already the second type of our velikodka in the game!", - wrote the co-founder of monobank Oleg Horokhovsky in Telegram.
To hear it, you need to complete the most expensive quest from the merchants (except for the one that goes in search of artifacts).
"Once we thought: "There will be a lot of payments in Stalker, but let's put our sounds there? It's as if mono processes all payments." It sounds like an impossible idea, but why not propose it?", Horokhovsky recalls.
GSC responded: “The idea is cool, but very crazy. For each payment, we will not put it - it will spoil the experience of immersion in the game world. We need to think how to add it more subtly."
A couple of months later, GSC showed a monobank big box with sound. And also painted a mono cat, adding it to the game as a sticker.
"We melted and made the maximum content in mono: both the card, and the cat's clothes, and even the special sound of the PDA for paying for games. These are mutual gestures of respect between two Ukrainian companies. If I told you that we didn't pay anything for the integration into the game, you wouldn't believe me, would you? And for nothing is the truth," concluded Oleg Horokhovskyi.
