All corporate benefits and social guarantees will be preserved only for specialists working under the legal regime of «Diia.City», DOU reports with reference to the company.
The company explained that this is part of the transition to a new cooperation model, which EPAM began implementing back in 2022 after joining Diia.City.
«We consider „Diia.City“ as a strategic direction of development and the basis for further growth of our business in Ukraine. The full range of corporate benefits and social guarantees will be available to specialists who are part of this space,» the company noted.
Recall that the special tax regime «Diia.City» was launched in February 2022. EPAM was among the first residents. Later, IT companies Sigma, EPAM, NIX, SoftServe, Altexsoft created their own organization «Association of Residents» within «Diia City».
As of October 2025, there are about 2,900 Ukrainian and international IT companies in «Diia.City», which have transferred over UAH 22 billion in taxes in three quarters.
Among the residents of «Diia.City», EPAM is the leader in income, and is also among the top 5 taxpayers in 2024.
