According to DOU, the «four-day» was introduced to reduce stress among employees.
«In general, the war in the country became the main trigger for the introduction of a 4-day work schedule. Air raids, missile attacks, drone attacks — all this not only creates discomfort, but also becomes a constant source of stress, anxiety, and chronic fatigue,» Atola Technology noted.
Before the introduction of the «four-day workweek», employees had a flexible schedule and worked remotely one day a week.
This innovation came as a surprise to employees. However, Atola Technology believes that the innovation will not affect work efficiency in any way, but on the contrary, will increase productivity.
«We will definitely collect feedback from our team leaders about their impressions of this schedule. In the meantime, we will think about how else we can evaluate the success of the initiative,» the company noted.
