The brigade announced the release on its official account in X. In «Azov» they call «4308» a single window to the unit’s services: the application contains official news and announcements, a calendar of events for personnel and their families, useful contacts of services (including medical support), and reference materials on benefits, discounts, and social programs. It also provides surveys, registration for training and events, and separate access to the brigade’s merchandise and special projects.

The Azov Technology Department worked on the product in partnership with 4308; independent consultants from Railsware and the brand teams were involved in security and design. The department emphasizes that this is an internal initiative of the military: the application was created «with our own hands» — without grants or external funding. The logic of the service is simple: one program should remove the chaos from disparate chats, sites and forms and give soldiers and their families a reliable communication channel with one touch.
In the application, you can view the official Azov news feed, find the nearest events or training, quickly contact the necessary service through built-in contacts, read the current guide on benefits and discounts, register for events, participate in surveys, and get access to exclusive merchandise and special initiatives.
Some sections are open to everyone, while personalized or sensitive content is accessible after authorization through «Diya».
The emergence of «4308» fits into a broader trend of digitalization of the defense sector: from e-cabinets of military personnel to internal services of units for communication, logistics and care for families. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense announced the deployment of tactical personnel accounting systems, and volunteer and military teams are increasingly launching their own mobile tools for coordination, training and support of fighters.
