Ukraine-based Ciklum has acquired Polish-based GoSolve Group, which creates solutions for companies in the healthcare, fintech, and corporate sectors. What does this acquisition give Ciklum?
As noted in the press release, the deal strengthens Ciklum's position in Eastern Europe, adds about 150 specialists in Poland, and accelerates the company's expansion into the US market.
GoSolve Group is headquartered in Poland; it also has a presence in various cities in the country, as well as in Pune, India. It employs over 150 professionals who are involved in the full development cycle in the Go programming language: engineering, testing, product management and support. The company's main clients are businesses in the healthcare and retail sectors, where Ciklum already has expertise.
“GoSolve’s deep expertise in Go and high-performance systems enables us to build next-generation AI solutions, scale development, and achieve greater efficiency through optimized code. We are proud of Ciklum’s Eastern European roots and are excited to add experts from this region to our team who share our vision for the future,” commented Ciklum CEO Raj Radhakrishnan.
"We have long admired Ciklum's success in Ukraine, Poland and internationally. We are excited to become part of the global Ciklum team and use the potential of Go for large-scale projects and innovative startups around the world," said Marcin Wudarczyk, CEO of GoSolve Group.
It is noted that Ciklum currently has a team of over 4,000 engineers, designers, and consultants. It creates digital products for over 250 companies.
Recall that in the winter of 2025, the head of Ciklum's offices in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, and Romania, Vitaly Nuzhny, said that the company has 120 projects (a third of them are new). Among them are 20 in Israel, where Ciklum has had the greatest growth in recent years.
