CostCare is an AI sales manager for social commerce. The autonomous AI agent system developed by startups integrates with social media platforms and customer messengers, communicating completely independently with their prospects and customers. CostCare can interact with business infrastructure such as CRM and can autonomously perform tasks such as booking appointments, selling products and services, entering customer data into CRM, etc.
«Our AI technology powers what we call ‘Virtual Workers’ — intelligent systems designed to solve problems that often arise in traditional workers, such as inefficiency, high turnover, and a costly hiring process,» the startup reports .
