"Diia" will send entrepreneurs personalized notifications about grants and loans
Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in Ukraine will be able to receive personalized push notifications in the Diya application about grants, preferential loans, and support programs that are most relevant to their business.
Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in Ukraine will be able to receive personalized push notifications in the Diya application about grants, preferential loans, and support programs that are most relevant to their business.
The Diya application will soon begin informing entrepreneurs about grants, preferential loans, and other support programs that meet the specifics of their activities. As reported in the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the recommendation system will work based on data from the Marketplace of Financial Opportunities on the Diya.Business portal.
With the new tool, entrepreneurs will no longer have to manually search for opportunities, but instead will receive personalized notifications in the app. For example, if you own a coffee shop or flower shop and a matching support program appears on the Marketplace, Diya will send a push notification with a link to the terms and conditions page. The business owner will be able to go directly to the site and apply.
The new functionality is primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) — a sector that often lacks the time or resources to track changes in government programs or international initiatives. The solution automates the search for financing, allowing entrepreneurs not to miss the opportunity to scale or stabilize.
The feature is currently being tested, and after its full launch, another digital service is expected to be introduced — the Entrepreneur’s Online Cabinet. In it, users will be able to access integrated services: from information about taxes and documents to investment search tools.
A little more about the initiative
It is part of the large-scale project «Business Revitalization for Sustainable Growth», which is implemented with the financial support of UK International Development from the UK government. Abt Global and the Kyiv School of Economics are working on the technical implementation. Coordination is carried out by the Ministry of Digital Affairs together with partners — the Ministry of Justice, the State Tax Service, Diya.Business and the Office for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Export.
Earlier, the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, spoke about the launch of an AI assistant on the Diya portal. Thanks to artificial intelligence, users will be able to get answers to any questions about public services, tips, and necessary information.
