"Nice to meet you! I'm not sure if you know, but there's a bit of animation on your face," he explains.
The woman, who is unrecognizable because her face is covered by a plate of eggs and toast, replies that she "feels bad today" and decided to use a strange filter, writes the New York Post.
Kramer was so surprised that he started talking, trying to explain why the candidate couldn't remain an anonymous breakfast plate during the interview.
“I’m not sure we can continue. This isn’t very professional… ah… is there any chance you can turn it off?” he asks.
The woman said she could use a different filter and changed the plate to a huge strawberry. Then she asked, "Is that better?"
The co-founder posted a video of the interview on social media, which has garnered over 30,000 likes. Some people in the comments doubted that it actually happened, but Aidan Kramer assured that it is, unfortunately, a true story.
