In December, 6,225 vacancies were published on DOU. Despite the holiday lull, this is 1,600 more vacancies than in December 2024. The average number of responses also decreased to 21.7 (in November it was up to 24.88), and the number of candidate responses decreased by 2,000.

The most competitive category remains Front-end — an average of 86 reviews per vacancy in December. QA — 64 reviews. Over 40 — in Java, Project Manager, Flutter.
For HR, the average number of reviews has decreased to 25 (two years ago it was at 53 reviews per vacancy).
