Despite the holiday lull, a record number of miltech vacancies appeared at DOU in December
In December, the largest number of miltech vacancies were published on DOU for the entire year of 2025. The number of reviews also increased.

In December, 6,225 vacancies were published on DOU. Despite the holiday lull, this is 1,600 more vacancies than in December 2024. The average number of responses also decreased to 21.7 (in November it was up to 24.88), and the number of candidate responses decreased by 2,000.
Among technical positions, the number of vacancies increased in December in the following categories:
- Architect — 37 vacancies (7 more compared to November);
- DBAs — 26 (+1);
- C-level — 57 (+2;
- Data Science — 62 (+6);
- ERP/CRM — 57 (+4);
- Embedded — 101 (+6);
- Hardware — 139 (+23);
- Technical Writer — 23 (+11);
- Other — 67 (+11).
Among non-technical positions, an increase in vacancies was observed in only three categories:
- Assistant - 30 (+4);
- HR — 327 (+3);
- Support — 218 (+21).
If we talk about categories by technology, there have been more vacancies for:
- .NET — 145 (+4);
- C++ — 72 (+4);
- Java — 126 (+7);
- Salesforce — 17 (+7);
- Unreal Engine — 7 (+1).
In December, the number of miltech vacancies reached a record 705. The number of responses also increased to 4,174.
For comparison, 623 vacancies were published in November. And this was the highest figure for the whole of 2025. And there were 3923 reviews.
The most competitive category remains Front-end — an average of 86 reviews per vacancy in December. QA — 64 reviews. Over 40 — in Java, Project Manager, Flutter.
For HR, the average number of reviews has decreased to 25 (two years ago it was at 53 reviews per vacancy).
Recall that Djinni analytics for 2025 showed that Fullstack is replacing Frontend , taking third place in the overall ranking. At DOU, Frontend has become the most competitive direction.
