Azart reports this with reference to the LinkedIn of HR BP of the company Kateryna Yakymenko. She reported that the project was closed, and more than 100 specialists were simultaneously on the market, including heads and leads of directions, marketing and product teams, affiliate and media buying specialists, SEO and linkbuilding specialists, content specialists, Risk & Antifraud, a large contact center, HR, designers, Product and Project Managers, as well as Data Analysts.
In her post, Yakymenko called the team strong and productive and suggested that recruiters contact her if they need to quickly strengthen individual functions or take over already formed teams. Separately, Head of SEO Serhiy Vlasyk also reported on the search for new work for his part of the team, recommending SEO specialists, PBN specialists, link builders, AI Content Managers, and WordPress developers.
There is no official statement from the company explaining the reasons for the closure at the time of publication. At the same time, in the open registers, LLC «KAZINO.UA» already has the status «in a state of termination». According to the registers, the beneficiary of the company is Andriy Matyukha, who is also listed as the beneficiary of LLC «Bookmaking Company «Favbet».
In early 2026, LLC «KAZINO.UA» was also among the operators that PlayCity fined UAH 1.6 million for violating the requirements for interaction with the regulator. At that time, «Bookmaker Company «Favbet» also received the same sanctions.
According to open registers, LLC «KAZINO.UA» is associated with Andriy Matyukha: in Opendatabot he is listed as an added beneficial owner and founder of the company, and in YouControl analytics and research of the same service it is indicated that Andriy Matyukha is a beneficiary of both LLC «KAZINO.UA» and LLC «Bookmaking Company „Favbet“».
