«SoftServe has 500 clients in total, each of them provides several projects, so about 2,500-3,000 different projects are being implemented simultaneously. Last year, we had about 150 projects with artificial intelligence. And in terms of AI services, it seems to me that we grew by almost 500% in one year,» Kitsmey noted in an interview with Forbes as part of the Business Breakfast project.
According to him, the company has about 80-90 clients for whom projects based on generative AI are created. Moreover, small teams are involved in these projects, but for the client, such developments are more significant than traditional development.
He added that the company is trying to keep up with new technologies and offer them to the market.
Kitsmey noted that the company is creating AI agents to write software, using AI services internally, and offering AI-based solutions to clients. «The demand for the use of artificial intelligence is very high, and we are following this trend,» he noted.
In addition, Kitsmey said that recently SoftServe has been approached by companies that already have clear design solutions. «The market is migrating, we need to constantly adapt to the new market,» he said.
