«We are acting carefully so as not to violate our obligations to international partners regarding non-discrimination. Although we explain to our European partners that this is a measure to support the population and producers in wartime conditions,» said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa, as quoted by the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
It is planned to highlight priority categories of goods where it will be more effective for import substitution. In addition, Telupa added, it would be possible to do without state support programs if Ukrainian businesses had the same credit conditions and access to markets as European companies.
About «National Cashback»
We remind you that the Natskeshbek program provides a cashback of 10% for the purchase of goods from Ukrainian manufacturers, up to UAH 3,000 per month.
The program was launched on September 2, 2024, and two weeks later, 1.2 million Ukrainians, 963 manufacturers, and over 171,000 products joined it .
A barcode scanner has been added to the «Diya» application since October 2024. Now in «Diya» you can not only track the accrual of Nutskeshback, but also find out whether the product is in the program.
