According to his LinkedIn post, the boxer has joined the service as Chief Discipline Officer. Usyk explained that motivation fades quickly, but discipline keeps you going: showing up every day, training your mind as regularly as your body, and not being afraid of making mistakes. In the post, he also wrote that he wants to help millions of people build consistency and confidence in their training, not just in January, but all the time.
Promova revealed the details of the collaboration in a press release: the company called Usyk’s appointment a «strategic partnership» and tied his start to Blue Monday, a day associated with a decline in motivation. Promova claims that they are betting not on a «one-time impulse», but on a recurring habit of acting, even when enthusiasm is waning.
As part of the agreements, Promova also announced cooperation with Ready to Fight — a sports-tech ecosystem co-founded by Usyk. The key change is not only the media role. The product is launching three new solutions: Usyk Mode (a training mode with a new visual style and gamification for regularity), the Discipline by Usyk course (a structured program built on the athlete’s training philosophy, adapted for language learning), and AI Tutor with Usyk’s voice — an AI interlocutor who should encourage you to speak, make mistakes, and not stop. Usyk Mode, according to the press release, will be available on iOS and Android from January 19.
In the release, Promova CEO Andriy Skrypnyk emphasizes that the partnership for the company is a way to show how Ukrainian brands can unite and create globally competitive products, and Ready to Fight CEO Serhiy Lapin talks about transferring the experience of training champions «in science and technology» to the field of education. Promova also adds that the service is used by more than 24 million people worldwide and reminds of free programs for Ukrainians within the framework of the Future Perfect initiative and international awards.
Promova is a language learning platform with an app and a web version. The company promotes short lessons and speaking practice: AI speaking practice for pronunciation training, role-playing dialogues with real-life situations, video lessons and thematic courses, including business English or American Sign Language. Classes with teachers are also available.
