Rakuten Viber launches Ads Manager in Ukraine for small and medium businesses
Rakuten Viber announced the launch of a unique advertising platform, Ads Manager, which allows Ukrainian small and medium-sized advertisers and agencies to independently create and launch advertising campaigns on Viber with a minimum budget of $100.

From now on, businesses can independently test different advertising formats and track their effectiveness in real time, according to a Rakuten Viber press release.
To start a campaign, advertisers only need to follow a few steps: join the platform, choose an advertising package according to their goals, set up a target audience by demographics and geography, set a timeframe and budget, and then launch the ad. The service is available to both Ukrainian audiences and users around the world.
The platform is powered by Adslot technology and allows you to place ads across multiple screens of the Viber app. Advertisers can choose from ready-made packages, optimize campaign visibility, and engage users using mobile formats.
As noted by Rakuten Viber Commercial Director Christina Konstadake, Ads Manager is «the next stage in Viber’s development strategy as a superapp for businesses.» According to her, after successful testing, the company decided to introduce the product in Ukraine to make advertising tools accessible even to small businesses.
Previously, large brands were already actively using Viber’s corporate solutions for business, and small companies were using business profiles to communicate with customers. Now they also have advertising opportunities.
