According to developer Arlan Rakhmetzhanov, the agent can read recent messages and dialogue history, suggest response text in different tones, and also manage some actions in Telegram: respond, edit or delete your own message, forward content to another user, or find the desired fragment of correspondence. The author positions it as a «dating agent» and adds a database of tips for communication, which he pulls up through semantic search.

The technical description states that the solution is based on Claude Sonnet and uses Nia Semantic Search to index «pickup» phrases and guides to select relevant options for the context of the conversation. To run, you need a Telegram API ID/Hash and a session string.
Session string in this case is not a «magic string», but an authorization key that allows the program to log in to your Telegram without having to re-enter the code every time. The README contains a separate script for its generation and a warning that publishing such a key actually opens access to the account to third parties.
Separately, the author describes the integration mode for clients like Claude Desktop or Cursor: then the AI can call dozens of Telegram commands through an intermediary server. The project is proposed to be run locally or in a Docker container.
Such «account access agents» are becoming popular, but they exacerbate privacy issues because users delegate part of their personal communication to the bot and hand it access keys.
