On November 29, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes to the resolution, expanding the list of specialists who can be reserved.
On November 29, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes to the resolution, expanding the list of specialists who can be reserved.
Cabinet Resolution No. 1362 adds to the list of professions for reservation:
- prosthetists-orthetists,
- prosthetist technicians,
- engineers-technologists-prosthetists,
- prosthetic engineers,
- mechanics of prosthetic and orthopedic products.
In the document, it was noted that additional specialists can receive reservation from mobilization, provided that they fulfill at least 50% of the working time norm during the last three months.
In addition, conscripted workers must be paid a monthly salary for the entire period of deferment from conscription for military service during mobilization and during wartime. The amount of salary must be at least UAH 20,000 (minimum salary multiplied by a factor of 2.5, except for state and communal enterprises of residents of Diia City).
Enterprises that have been revoked the status of critical importance due to non-compliance with the requirements specified in the Order for reservation of conscripts cannot renew the status of criticality earlier than six months after the cancellation of the specified status.
In addition, organizations that received the status of critical importance on December 1, 2024, retain their validity during the period for which they were accepted, but not longer than February 28, 2025.
