Sigma Software Group has completed its exit from Kharkiv-based IdeaSoft, which specializes in blockchain and fintech development: the new buyer of its stake is the non-profit organization ADI Foundation from Abu Dhabi.

According to Forbes Ukraine, in mid-December 2025, Kharkiv lawyer Denis Shmatkov became the beneficiary of the LLC, and the name of the legal entity was changed to «Paral Soft». Sigma Software Group CEO Valeriy Krasovsky confirmed that the group had sold its entire stake and was completing the legal formalities of the agreements.
The buyer is said to be the ADI Foundation, a non-profit organization from the United Arab Emirates. Sigma Software publicly announced the agreement in September 2025, explaining that it sees the deal as a strategic step after several years of cooperation, without disclosing financial parameters. The group also states that the interaction with IdeaSoft will continue after the change of ownership.
IdeaSoft specializes in Web3 solutions and blockchain development and has worked with international clients in the financial and crypto segments. Among the projects publicly mentioned in the context of cooperation with Sigma Software is the launch of a startup called Global Ledger, which creates tools for detecting suspicious transactions with virtual assets.
Sigma Software Group bought a controlling stake in IdeaSoft in 2021 and developed the direction together with the Kharkiv company team. In 2021, the partners also launched the venture fund SID Venture Partners. According to DOU, Sigma Software Group has 1,830 employees in Ukraine, and its revenue in 2024 was UAH 1.9 billion.
