SKELAR’s leadership demonstrates a steady interest in large product ecosystems that bring together dozens of projects under one roof. Genesis, which took second place, remains one of the most visible players in this format, so it is product «startup factories» that currently attract the most candidates looking for opportunities to grow and move between projects without changing employers.
The third, fourth and fifth positions are occupied by outsourcing and outstaffing giants GlobalLogic, EPAM and SoftServe. This shows that despite the war and the reduction of some contracts, Ukrainian specialists continue to consider classic service companies as one of the main channels for entering international projects and large Western markets.
In the middle of the ranking, N-iX, BetterMe, Evoplay, Ajax Systems, FAVBET Tech, Luxoft and OBRIO are noticeable. They combine product companies, R&D centers of global corporations, gambling business and hardware development. For the market, this is a signal that the demand for candidates extends far beyond the boundaries of «pure» software and covers gambling, betting, fintech and device development.
Universe Group, Solidgate, Sigma Software, Nova Digital, and mono close the top twenty. The presence of several financial and payments players at once indicates that fintech remains one of the most attractive areas for Ukrainian IT professionals: it combines relatively stable demand, competitive salaries, and the opportunity to work with millions of user audiences.
Djinni traditionally publishes its own analytics, based on the behavior of hundreds of thousands of platform users. So the ranking of the most «Googled» employers actually shows where Ukrainian specialists dream of going first when they start looking for a new job in IT.
