A partnership conflict has escalated at Concert.ua, affecting part of the service’s operational infrastructure. Company co-founder Dmytro Feliksov has asked event organizers to temporarily use the services of competitors.
According to Forbes Ukraine, Feliksov attributes his move to the loss of direct control over part of the infrastructure and calls it a preventive decision «to protect the client.» The team, he said, is rebuilding the system to return to full-fledged operation with a more sustainable model.
The other two co-founders, Dmytro Chin and Yevhen Lysenko, describe the situation as a deep managerial and «values» dispute. Chin announced on December 19, 2025, the end of his work at Concert.ua and a number of joint projects and stated that since mid-December he and Lysenko had been restricted in their access to internal information and communications.
While the parties have not reached an agreement, some organizers are testing alternative sales channels. TicketsBox founder Vadym Chernetsky says that more than 10 organizers switched to the platform on the first day after Feliksov’s post. Karabas claims that they work with all organizers regardless of events at competitors, while Kontramarka does not link the current interest with the conflict at Concert.ua.
Feliksov does not name the deadlines for restoring full access to the infrastructure, but on January 9, 2026, he registered Concert Yua LLC as a step to ensure continuity of processes. As of January 16, 2026, there was no public announcement about the resolution of the conflict. The company assures that business is not being stopped, all previously purchased tickets are valid, and obligations to customers and partners are being fulfilled.
