As reported by the Telegram channel "Aerodivan Chernyshova", Pinchuk went to CES as part of the Ukrainian student delegation Ajax Next from Ajax Systems. According to the post, the organizers received more than 650 applications and selected 30 students, that is, the competition was more than 20 people per place. Along with Pinchuk, the group also included a student of the KAI Andriy Pitertsev.
Montera is described as a platform for automated testing of telecom infrastructure protection. The essence of such testing is that specialists legally and controlledly check the network for resistance to typical attacks in order to find gaps before attackers take advantage of them. Montera does not just record potential problems, but also checks whether the vulnerability is real, collects evidence and prepares a report with prioritization of what should be closed first. This approach can reduce the amount of manual routine during security audits and speed up the response of the team responsible for protecting the network.
According to Pitertsev, it is not only grades that are crucial, but also practical activities, participation in projects, conferences, and any experience that can be shown as a portfolio. He also advises not to ignore small achievements, because they are what eventually add up in a CV.
This year, CES 2026 attracted about 148,000 visitors, over 4,100 exhibitors, and approximately 1,200 startups. Montera was showcased at the Ukrainian pavilion, which the post attributes to the participation of the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ukrainian Startup Fund.
