The Ukrainian job search service for IT professionals Djinni published statistics on hirings with the highest salaries in 2025. In Ukraine, only three candidates received compensation of more than $10,000.
According to the platform, in 2025 there were 164 hires with salaries starting at $7,000. In this sample, candidates from Ukraine and abroad were divided almost equally. However, among the 11 IT workers who had salaries over $10,000 this year, only three were from Ukraine.

Djinni previously published its annual employer ranking for 2025, which showed significant changes in the Ukrainian IT market. GlobalLogic confirmed its leadership by doubling its hiring of entry-level employees, and PrivatBank entered the top three for the first time in terms of hiring. At the same time, developer salary expectations continued to decline.
Recall that last fall, IT professionals discussed a vacancy with a salary of $15,000 and the possibility of booking from a company whose mission is to «prove that casinos can be different.»
