Uklon published financial results for 2025: tax payments increased 1.5 times
In 2025, Uklon transferred UAH 1.022 billion in taxes to the budget. This is approximately one and a half times more than a year earlier, when the service reported over UAH 680 million in tax payments.
In 2025, Uklon transferred UAH 1.022 billion in taxes to the budget. This is approximately one and a half times more than a year earlier, when the service reported over UAH 680 million in tax payments.
As Uklon writes in its press release, in 2025 the company paid UAH 1,022,270,000 in taxes. This amount includes income tax, VAT, SSC, the so-called «Google tax» and military levy. The company also notes that it is a resident of Diia City and is included in the register of conscientious taxpayers.
Against the background of this reporting, Uklon also recalled the financial results that became public after the disclosure of Kyivstar Group’s indicators for 2025. For the entire fiscal year, the service received $101 million in revenue. Of this amount, $20.9 million fell on the first quarter, that is, before the closing of the deal with Kyivstar, and the remaining $80.1 million fell on the second, third and fourth quarters. For comparison, in 2024, Uklon’s net income was $65 million.
Separately, the company indicates that the number of active users in Ukraine and Uzbekistan reached 3.8 million in 2025. In addition to ride-hailing, Uklon is developing delivery, B2B transportation, and an advertising platform. As of now, the service is available in 27 cities of Ukraine, as well as in Bukovel.
Another block in the report concerns charity. According to the company, in 2025, more than UAH 90 million was allocated to support the Defense Forces, volunteer and social initiatives. Of this, more than UAH 16 million were contributions from users through the regular donations function in the application.
In 2025, Kyivstar closed the deal to acquire Uklon, after which the service’s financial indicators began to appear in the group’s reporting. Against this background, data on the company’s taxes, revenue, and audience became part of the public corporate report, and not just separate statements from the service itself.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how February 14, 2026 became a record for Uklon in terms of activity: the service reports that users made 4,8% more trip orders than on Valentine’s Day 2025, and the total distance traveled exceeded 3.8 million km, which is 12% more than last year.
