Ukrainian EdTech company Promova, which develops a language learning platform of the same name, is returning to the product company Boosters. At the same time, the project's co-founder and CEO Andriy Skrypnyk is leaving his position.
The structural and personnel changes were first reported by the specialized Telegram channel "Overheard in IT". Later, Andriy Skrypnyk confirmed his departure from the project in a comment on the DOU portal. According to unofficial data, after the exit, he plans to work on a new product.
According to Skrypnyk, agreements in principle have already been reached between the parties, but the process of legalizing the agreement is still ongoing.
"I decided to leave the position of CEO because I believe that the next stage of the product requires a different focus and format, and the best chances for this are at Boosters, where Promova was born," explained the former head of the startup.
Official representatives of the company are currently refusing to comment on the situation. The process of merging teams is taking place against the backdrop of internal optimizations. Earlier it became known that Promova is undergoing a new wave of employee layoffs , which has become the second in 2026.
