Yesterday, November 14, the Cabinet of Ministers updated the resolution that defines the procedure for granting the status of critical enterprises.
As reported by the Ministry of Economy, the adopted changes introduce a new criterion for determining as critically important enterprises, institutions, and organizations that develop innovations in the defense sector without using budget funds.
These enterprises must operate on the basis of agreements or contracts concluded with the Ministry of Defense.
The updated resolution also specifies the requirements for the volume of bookings for employees of such enterprises.
"The adoption of the act will contribute to the sustainable functioning of enterprises developing defense innovations, which play an important role in ensuring the economic stability and defense capability of the state," the ministry notes.
We will remind you that at the end of October, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law on temporary reservation for 45 days for new employees of defense industry enterprises.
