Ukrainian IT professionals named the tech companies on the Ukrainian market in which they would most like to work

DOU and Employer Branding Community surveyed over 4,000 Ukrainian IT professionals about which companies they would most like to work for. Like last year, Grammarly and MacPaw were in the top, but this time mono and NVIDIA made it to the top.

Each respondent evaluated 15 IT companies, randomly selected from a pool of 64 companies present on the Ukrainian market. Each company that expressed interest in the study was evaluated by no less than 1,000 IT professionals.

List of the most attractive tech companies operating in Ukraine

Grammarly remains the most desirable employer for Ukrainian IT professionals. 72% would like to work here, and 39% would like to very much. MacPaw is in second place; mono and NVIDIA are in third and fourth place. Ajax Systems rounds out the top 5.

«MacPaw and NVIDIA are also very attractive employers for IT professionals, but overall somewhat less so than Grammarly and mono. The attitude towards MacPaw has improved over the year: last year, the share of those who really want to work here was 24% (however, the study was conducted before the company’s autumn layoffs),» the study notes.

14. WiX — 38%.
15. Preply — 28%.
16. Cycle — 42%.
17. DataArt — 37%.
18. Nova Digital — 37%.
19. Luxoft — 41%.
20. Reface — 27%.
21. NovaPay — 38%.
22. MEGOGO — 36%.
23. SKELAR — 21%.
24. LUN — 30%.
25. NIX — 28%.

The study also notes that Software Engineers are primarily interested in NVIDIA, followed by Grammarly, mono, MacPaw, and Ajax Systems.
