«A classic, structural candidate with a solid background and zero adaptation to the new reality. Sorry, friend, the world has changed. And in the new game, the old keys no longer work,» Sergienko wrote on her LinkedIn page.
At the same time, not all representatives of the IT community agreed with this decision, because, in their opinion, skills in using AI tools in a managerial, rather than a narrowly specialized technical position, are not decisive.

So if I had to choose between a person with no work experience and a person with no work experience but who asks everything in the chat, I would choose the first. And you also rejected a candidate with experience. The industry will survive for a while on people who can think for themselves, and then everything will go haywire,» he expressed his opinion.
