«This is an important issue for us. We have a procedure involving certain external resources, since we cannot do everything ourselves. We can only proceed from open information,» Mykolska noted in an interview with dev.ua.
At the same time, according to her, potential members of the union also provide their own personal certifications (confirmations) before joining regarding the absence of such a trace, i.e. corporate or business ties with the Russian Federation.
«At the same time, if we talk about the current residents of „Diia.City“, then this is easier, because the connections with the Russian Federation are already checked by competent structures. And for other companies, we really carry out this work, because it is important for us,» added Mykolskaya.
The CEO of Diia.City United emphasized that, given the rather complex corporate relationships that sometimes occur in companies, certain risks may remain, but in such a case, the strategic council of the union has provided for a procedure for excluding members from the membership.
«If such connections are discovered post-factum, this procedure will be activated. In our union, such decisions are made by the strata council,» Mykolska summarized.
She also clarified that the union does not accept companies from certain «sensitive» sectors, in particular, gambling companies.
Recall that the Diia City United alliance was officially presented on February 6, 2024. At that time, it included Ajax Systems, Genesis, Monobank, MacPaw, Roosh, Reface, Gathers, Nova Digital, Mate academy, Netpeak Group.
After taking on the position of CEO of Diia.City United, Natalia Mykolska named three priority areas that she intends to work on in the newly formed union.
