According to Forbes, citing corporate communications director Nina Vasilyova, over 400 employees have submitted applications for cash assistance in the two weeks since the program was launched.
«We have activated a BCP plan that includes the possibility of relocation,» the publication quotes her as saying.
As Nina Vasilyova added, the program will be valid until the end of winter, but the company does not disclose the budget for the implementation of BCP.
As dev.ua reported, in 2026, EPAM plans to hire 750–800 Juns and expects a change in the model of cooperation with clients.
In addition, EPAM Ukraine awarded 28 educators with the honorary distinction «Ambassador of IT Education».
