Former head of Google Ukraine Dmytro Sholomko, in an exclusive comment for dev.ua, told what he is working on at FRACTAL and the Netpeak board of directors.
According to Sholomko, the key focus now is the Netpeak agency direction, from which the business began and which remains one of the pillars for the entire FRACTAL group.
«I help develop the agency direction of Netpeak, which is where it all started and which remains very important for FRACTAL’s business as a whole. My work touches on many areas: the use of new technologies to optimize and develop business processes, such as AI, international cooperation and interaction with large technology companies, and business development in new directions,» he explains.
Formally, his participation is now fixed through his work on the Netpeak board of directors, but the framework of the role remains flexible.
«What’s more important here is what role FRACTAL sees for me. Right now it’s participation in the Netpeak board of directors, we’ll see what happens next,» says Sholomko.
In fact, it is about strategic participation in the development of the group: from the technological vector to the search for new opportunities for growth.
He also emphasizes the motivation behind this collaboration. Sholomko says that he has been following Netpeak’s changes and the development of the founder of the FRACTAL group of companies, Artem Borodatyuk, for a long time.
«I really like the dynamics of the company, I have been watching Artem’s personal progress for a long time, and I am very pleased to contribute and add something to what Netpeak does as a company, and Artem personally as a supernova bright star of Ukrainian business,» he says.
Sholomko describes the cooperation as a mutual exchange: on the one hand, he shares his accumulated experience and connections, on the other, he himself receives a lot of new things from the team. «At the very least, I am happy to share experience and connections, and in return I also receive a lot. So I think our cooperation will be very long and pleasant for everyone,» concludes the ex-head of Google Ukraine.
As we previously reported, dev.ua reported that Dmytro Sholomko, former head of Google Ukraine (2007–2023) , joined the strategic board of directors of marketing agency Netpeak. The company directly links this move to accelerating the transition to a technological marketing partner model that builds services around artificial intelligence, not just classic advertising tools.
