Tatyana shared three examples from her own experience of how the team reacted to anxiety and how she herself behaved, in particular:

At home, I always sacrifice my safety — but this is an anti-example, I have never gone into a shelter at home, I don’t even know where it is. But I went to work — there was shelter, and I don’t want anyone to be responsible for my safety
She had the experience of staying with her colleagues in a shelter during rocket fire, while our manager remained at the workplace. He somehow called me (although the mobile connection in the shelter had almost no reception) and asked me to scan the contracts for him. It seems that he did not even notice that everyone had disappeared somewhere, although we offered to go down with us, and he did not yet notice the loud sounds of the air defense. When I answered that I was not in the office at the moment, he was incredibly surprised and asked about the completion of the assigned task, to which I replied, quote, «that I will definitely complete it if the office survives and there is electricity so that the scanner can work, and also if I I will survive.» After such an answer, there were no questions or complaints. Come on, even if we all made millions at that job, it wouldn’t be worth it, because we only have one life.
Safety cannot be neglected, but work is not a wolf, but a wolf.
No one will provide you with your basic needs (safety, food, etc.) except yourself. The employer has his own goals, but he must provide shelter for his employees.
