Sigma Software announced a strategic strengthening of its management team. The changes affected both the parent company and the entire ecosystem of Sigma Software Group.
As the company announced on its LinkedIn page, Valeriy Krasovsky will now hold the position of CEO of the entire Sigma Software Group. At the same time, Kateryna Tuluzova, who was previously responsible for business development in North and South America, has become the new CEO of Sigma Software.
Sigma Software Group is not just an IT service company, but a whole network of organizations: Sigma Software, IdeaSoft.io, Eventyr, Sigma Software Labs, Sigma Tech Solutions, the educational project Sigma Software University, and several charitable initiatives — Sigma Software Unity Fund and Star for Life Ukraine. In total, the group includes eight companies operating in various formats: from outsourcing and product development to education and investing in startups.
Under the new structure, Valeriy Krasovsky will be responsible for long-term development strategy, synergy between areas, as well as the launch of a new entrepreneurship program that involves cooperation with serial entrepreneurs. They will be able to launch new businesses together with the Sigma Software Group team.
Kateryna Tuluzova, in her new role as CEO of Sigma Software, will focus on expanding global operations, growing the business, and building effective teams. Her appointment, the company says, is intended to strengthen Sigma Software’s position as a technology partner with a global focus.
The company has been operating in the IT market for over 20 years, has offices in over 10 countries and is part of the Scandinavian consulting group Danir. Its portfolio includes solutions in the fields of finance, telecommunications, defense, automotive, e-commerce and media. The company actively invests in its own products, supports educational initiatives and attracts new businesses with innovative potential to partnerships.
