According to DOU, 39% of Ukrainian IT professionals who have left abroad are in Poland. Half of them remain registered in Ukraine, the rest work under Polish law. The average salary of an IT professional here is $3,500, and for specialists with over 5 years of experience — $5,000.
Recall, we previously wrote about a study that shows how different the salaries of Ukrainian IT professionals are compared to their colleagues from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
