robota.ua showed where the product is headed in 2026: the service develops job and resume selection using artificial intelligence, strengthens user protection against fraud, and adds tools that help correctly transfer military experience into a format understandable to civilian employers.
According to a robota.ua press release, the company held a closed Product Review 2026 presentation at the DTEK Academy in Unit.City, where the team explained how the platform has evolved over the past years and why solutions are now being developed as a single system, rather than as a set of disparate functions. After the presentation, event participants discussed the development of HR-tech and the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market with robota.ua representatives.
The company notes that artificial intelligence in the service should increase the relevance of the search for both candidates and employers. This includes matching technologies that compare vacancies and resumes, as well as an AI assistant for employers, designed to simplify the hiring process and process the flow of feedback faster. The press release emphasizes that AI is not considered as a separate «feature», but as a tool that analyzes the interaction between the parties and helps make the selection process clearer.
Separately, robota.ua mentions a solution for adapting military experience to the civilian labor market. The idea is that skills and service experience can be described in the language of competencies that businesses perceive, and that such resumes are correctly found in searches. This should reduce the gap between the formal job titles in the military and how similar roles are called in civilian companies.
Another vector is security. The company reports on the development of a system that combines employer verification, anti-fraud mechanisms, and an internal chat for communication between candidates and companies. CEO of robota.ua Valeriy Reshetnyak explains in a press release that over time dozens of solutions accumulate in the product, so it is important to show how they work together and reinforce each other.
Robota.ua presents the presentation as a fixation of a new stage, when search, hiring, communication and user protection are collected into a holistic product system. The company also emphasizes that the format of the event was chosen to explain the logic of the platform’s development at a time when AI is becoming a basic tool in HR processes.
