The Defense Technology Innovation and Development Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced a large-scale recruitment of IT specialists to work on the latest military products that change the course of combat operations. The Defense Technology Innovation and Development Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced a large-scale recruitment of IT specialists to work on the latest military products that change the course of combat operations. The vacancies focus on the development, infrastructure support, analytics, and implementation of AI solutions.
Open vacancies are announced on the Lobby X portal, through which recruitment is carried out. Both civilian specialists and active military personnel (with the consent of the commander) can join the Center’s team. The main requirement is the willingness to sign a contract until the end of martial law.
The center brings together the best specialists from among IT specialists and combat officers, who jointly create critically important solutions for the front. The most famous product is the DELTA system, which has already become a combat standard in the operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. DELTA is used to manage situational awareness, intelligence and coordination of forces. It was she who helped in the destruction of the flagships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
The MoD Innovation Center is a descendant of the volunteer initiative «Aeroresight», which was transformed into military unit A2724 in 2016. The team has become a pioneer in the development of digital combat systems that take into account the real needs of the front. DELTA is only part of an ecosystem that includes AI platforms (Avengers), secure communication protocols between drones (UA DRONE ID), and a robotic operations department. Daily releases, constant feedback from brigades, and rapid adaptation to war conditions allow the Center to maintain a technical advantage over the enemy.

The job involves a five-day office schedule in Kyiv. At the final stage of selection, candidates undergo a polygraph. For servicemen, there is a possibility of transfer from other units, in particular from the Central Command, support units and training centers.
We previously wrote about how Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, reported that the number of applications for vacancies in the Reserve+ application has doubled since February of this year. At the same time, competition for IT positions has decreased — currently 10 candidates are applying for one such vacancy.
