In her LinkedIn post, Yulia wrote that she expected to hear practical advice on finding a job, but instead was faced with a categorical position about the lack of demand for Juns and their replacement by AI.

According to Magheri, she tried to argue that AI is just a tool, but the discussion didn’t work out. She decided to leave the podcast so as not to waste time on a conversation that had no practical benefit.
She separately asked the organizers of the event a question, because the main audience of such formats is young people who are looking for work and come for advice.
