VUSO Insurance integrates the lilo digital service: health insurance clients receive a digital assistant and a personal doctor
VUSO has teamed up with the digital product lilo to transition insured service to a «no-call» mode: consultations, booking visits, referrals for tests and results, and scheduled checkups.

According to the VUSO press release, their users are already connected to the lilo service, maintaining the current terms of their policies. Additionally, they receive digital assistance with access to medical history, visit calendar and laboratory results in real time. The integrated model eliminates the need for call centers and many manual agreements: instead of calls and correspondence, the client communicates with a personal doctor in the application, books services, receives referrals and confirmations automatically.
Companies are focusing on preventive medicine. New users undergo an initial check-up, then the system, together with the doctor, builds an individual monitoring and examination schedule. For logistics and quick appointments, lilo is integrated with the Dobrobut network. In the corporate segment, which currently forms about 99% of the voluntary health insurance market, each insured employee receives «his» doctor who keeps a history of observation, coordinates diagnostics and treatment, and proactively advises on preventive steps.
The partnership is positioned as a «single digital window» for interaction between the insurance company, clinics, and the client: a single ecosystem instead of disparate channels reduces the time to admission and errors at the approval stages, and also gives businesses a measurable effect: less downtime due to illness and transparent analytics of medical costs. According to the parties, the integration strategy should bring in 200,000-300,000 new users in five to six years.
The Ukrainian health insurance market is accelerating digitalization: from e-docs and online records, the industry is moving to managed prevention programs and «personalized medicine» for offices and field teams. Models where insurance not only compensates for treatment, but also prevents diseases with data, convenience, and speed of access to a doctor are winning.
