The startups of the Turbota24 project, which created a free application to support cancer patients and their families, are calling on companies to support employees who have cancer or support relatives with such a diagnosis. The founder of the service, Gosha Akimov, told dev.ua about the development of the startup, as well as new achievements and future plans.

Ukrainian educational platform Pravozno became one of 12 startups that received €10,000 in funding from the Seeds of Bravery initiative in the Business and Innovation Services category at the end of May. dev.ua spoke with CEO and Co-founder of Pravozno Mykhailo Ponomarenko and learned more about how the platform works.

Igor Denyak has been teaching computer science at school No. 5, Horishni Plavni, since 2018, where they study science and mathematics in depth. In addition to work, he develops programming skills and independently studies various technologies. About a year ago, Igor became interested in Unity Ungine. But it all started with the fact that the students came up with a game and asked their teacher to create it. The main difference of his developments is the combination of entertainment and benefit, so that children develop at the same time while playing. His students became a source of inspiration and new ideas, as well as the first testers.

Arseny Hofman, a native of Aitutaki with 18 years of experience, created a platform for matching people based on interests. Here, people are looking for companions for going to the movies, communicating in English, and even gossiping. «Adults usually have a hard time finding friends. Many people find it difficult to write to/approach someone. But that person won’t be interested? You don’t want to waste that person’s time, and yours too, on communication that no one needs. That’s why I created the hvirtka website. The point is that you see what specific people want. And the fact that they registered on hvirtka automatically means that they are interested in communicating with other people and potentially making friends,» wrote Arseniy Hofman, a developer with 18 years of experience, on LinkedIn. Together with his partner, lawyer Alex Snyadanko, Arseniy created a service where you can find a friend or companion for all occasions. dev.ua talked to Arseniy and found out many interesting details of the project.
