Seven large banks are preparing to sign a memorandum among themselves on strengthening the limits of card transfers to UAH 100,000 per month from one account, and for risky clients to UAH 50,000 per month.

My name is Igor Horb, I have devoted 16 years to the creation and optimization of IT outsourcing services for business and I want to tell a little more about this topic. Today, the market of IT services in Ukraine is in a phase of active transformation and rethinking. Both approaches to service quality and the very model of its provision are changing. These changes became especially noticeable with the emergence of the concept of IT outsourcing in Ukraine. Outsourcing IT infrastructure maintenance to third-party companies has long become the norm for SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) businesses. In Ukraine, this type of service is at a stage of rapid growth. Even 5 years ago, IT outsourcing was little known among broad business circles, but today the situation has changed radically.

What does your dog want when he stares you straight in the eye? And what does a cat feel, incessantly meowing and trying to touch your feet with its tail for the umpteenth time? Pet behavior is a mystery to pet parents, and to understand it requires certain knowledge and skills. Currently, scientists and developers from all over the world are working to learn to understand the language of animals, conducting numerous studies and creating «smart» applications that can supposedly read facial expressions or understand meows and barking tails. However, no technological tool has yet reached a perfect understanding of pets. And currently, the surest way to understand an animal is interaction with it. dev.ua within the PetTech partnership section with the largest Ukrainian cat and dog food manufacturer Kormotech has collected the most popular tools that pet parents should pay attention to in order to better understand their little friends, and also talked with zoopsychologist Oksana Galan about what we most often want say animals

Maria Budyonna, an administrator at a dental clinic, dared to make changes in her life and decided to start development in the field of QA. She began to actively study the basics of testing and asked for help from the people of Haiti. But, apart from practical advice, not everyone thinks her act is right. According to IT specialists, is it worth conquering the direction of testing at the moment.

Parents have different approaches to where their children will pursue higher education (and whether they will pursue it at all). Someone, from the height of their own life experience, allows themselves to decide for their children, someone just lightly «push» and prompt, and someone sends the offspring to «free swimming» and tries not to influence their choice. One way or another, the issue of higher education is actively discussed between parents and children when they reach adolescence. And some parents start thinking about it much earlier. Therefore, within the framework of this material, parents from Aitiv were asked to share their thoughts on the topic of higher education — whether top Ukrainian universities remain the dream of technological youth, or whether their diplomas have turned into a formality, which they have long since stopped chasing.
