Deep-tech food startup Sprout Dynamics, founded by Ukrainian immigrants in Bulgaria, automates grain germination and turns it into a «powerful ingredient for functional food» in mini-factories with cobots (that’s not a typo). dev.ua spoke with Natalya Zub, co-founder and CEO of Sprout Dynamics, and learned more about how artificial intelligence is helping to grow grains for superfoods, rethinking the concept after Seeds of Bravery, and opening a seed round of investment to raise $3 million and enter the US market.

Dev.ua spoke with Lina Sivura, CMO of the startup Pricer24, which helps Ukrainian and European companies track competitors' prices and make strategic decisions based on data. The platform already works with Rozetka, Comfy, Epicenter, and Philips, and the team is planning to enter new markets in Europe.

Ukrainian startup ITFin has created a unified system for managing finances, processes, and resources for IT companies. The platform automates everything from time tracking and HR to invoicing and management reporting, helping to curb chaos and increase business efficiency. The service is already used by over 4,500 professionals in 17 countries.

Ukrainian insurtech startup FortuneGuard, together with Lloyd’s of London, has launched Ukraine’s first war risk insurance program for businesses. The project uses artificial intelligence to assess military and political threats and offers clients an indicative rate for insuring facilities in a war zone in just a few minutes.

Ukrainian startup Knowledgator has created a platform that extracts structure from unstructured data: from scientific articles, financial reports, logs, or even legal documents. It is already used by large pharmaceutical companies, banks, and technology startups.

Ukrainian IT companies have been complaining for several years about the difficulties in attracting customers due to the war. Customers are taking into account military risks and the possibility of uninterrupted work. Artificial intelligence is also gradually replacing entire teams from the market. Understanding this problem, developers with over 15 years of experience, Kyrylo Kozak and Vitaliy Drozhdin, have found a solution that helps companies find customers. They created the Getmany AI assistant, which automates the routine of searching for projects and significantly saves IT teams time, increasing their overall productivity. Currently, it is already used by Kyivstar and another one and a half hundred agencies that provide services on the Upwork platform. dev.ua tells how the Getmany service works, which the founders call AI-Copilot for Upwork.
