On October 2 , changes to the Rules for the Provision and Reception of Electronic Communication Services in Ukraine will come into force. One of the important innovations is that telecom operators will be able to block unproductive calls to subscriber numbers. In other words, these calls can be classified as spam. But not all advertising calls will disappear.
