HR interviews are no longer just about evaluating a candidate. They are a microscope through which you can see how society’s attitude towards entire industries is changing.

As Head of Recruitment at IT company IdeaSoft, I review dozens of resumes every day. They are important, but I’ll be honest: a CV is just the tip of the iceberg. The most interesting things start outside of it. Here’s what says more about a candidate than the formal lines of a resume:
