In 2026, starting an IT company is no longer about lower taxes. They will be there and they will increase over time, so every year the attractiveness and riskiness of certain countries changes, and new opportunities open up. Let’s analyze three countries that are consistently popular among IT professionals — Estonia, Cyprus, and the USA (Delaware) — and find out whether they retain their business appeal.

Less than a week remains until the main national holiday — Independence Day. For some reason, I remembered how for decades Russians ironically and mockingly called Ukraine «independent», trying to neutralize this very concept and once again remind us that without an inadequate and extremely abusive «big brother» behind our backs, we have no chance.
