Gamification has its origins in the simple game that people have been playing since tribal times. Back then, gaming practices began with rituals and mysteries, but today games unite thousands of people around the world and take many different forms. Can this practice be extrapolated to work processes? Definitely yes, because gamification is a way to make interactions in a company more natural and dynamic by giving real-world tasks the characteristics of a game world. Game mechanics engage people not through coercion, but through interest and competition. This creates an environment in which learning occurs organically, and work processes become clearer and less routine.

Defense technology startup Himera, founded in 2022 after the start of the full-scale invasion by aerospace entrepreneurs Misha Rudominsky and Oleksiy Oliynyk, is developing dynamically.
