By May 1, 2025, individuals who are controllers of foreign companies must submit relevant reports to the Ukrainian tax authority (for legal entities — by March 3). Fines for failure to submit a report on CIC in 2025 — UAH 908,400, for failure to report — UAH 302,800. The good news — fines are not applied until the end of the war. The bad news — after its end, residents with CIC will have only 6 months to submit all missed reports and correct all errors.
