Bitget Operations Director Vugar Usi Zade: "Web3 is a family of future unicorns. How to make money in the nascent market"

There is still no consensus in the world about what the real Web3, i.e., the next generation Internet, should look like. But one of its features was already clearly visible — Web3 projects should be decentralized and almost independent of regulation. If we look at the crypto world that exists now, we will see that the old part of it is somehow trying to get along with the classic financial markets - to meet the requirements of regulation, taxation and so on. But its new part is completely different. It gives the crypto market some fresh air. This is a platform for conducting tests and experiments. «We need to carry out 'educational' work, not blatantly ban it.» We figured out whether government agencies in Ukraine are refusing Telegram, what will happen instead, and whether it is possible to ban it altogether

One fine autumn day, students of the Kyiv Aviation Institute (formerly the National Academy of Sciences) read strange news on the institution’s website: the university has decided to ban Telegram. According to the acting rector Ksenia Semenova, the innovation should only affect teachers and staff. But how will this affect students, since a huge amount of communication with teachers takes place via this messenger? Other higher educational institutions followed KAI’s example — some blocked access to Telegram in dormitories, others only warned about the upcoming innovation. State structures also began to actively report on the ban on the messenger. Meanwhile, the KAI clarified that the need for the ban concerns the transmission of work information and reported that they only recommend not using Telegram for other communication. dev.ua investigated whether Telegram will be available to officials and students, and how the most popular messenger in Ukraine can be blocked.
