When the Internet does not work in an office or apartment, it seems that the problem is with the provider. But a large-scale study of the Ukrainian fixed Internet access market (2024 — June 2026), conducted by the Telecomsvit platform based on more than 11,000 commercial interactions between customers and operators, shows a different picture: the main problem of the market is not the lack of speed, but the gap between what the customer considers "optics" and what the provider can physically connect to a specific address. dev.ua took a look at the key findings of the study — and what they mean for businesses choosing a provider for their office.

In addition, the model caused a significant resonance due to the fact that it was integrated almost immediately after its release by Vercel, Cloudflare, and LangChain. However, after talking to Ukrainian IT specialists who tested this model in practice, we discovered that not everyone shares this hype, and some even completely refused integration. So we’re talking about four Jev use cases, as well as conclusions and advice from Ukrainian AI startup founders and developers.

You open a browser, type in "pay utility bills" or "check traffic fines", click on the very first link in the output and get to a familiar site. You enter your card details, wait for confirmation, and a minute later you see an error message and a request to enter an SMS code to cancel the transaction. You enter this code, and at that very moment your savings disappear.
