How to make employees' soft skills a measurable indicator on which a company can make decisions about their careers. Startup SoftTrainer offers an answer to this question
It is common to think that soft skills are something that cannot be «measured» in numerical terms, so operating with information about these skills of your employees is based on some abstract ideas or personal assessments. Meanwhile, in the modern technological world, it is soft skills, according to many experts, that will clearly come to the fore — while AI will do a significant part of the routine work. Based on the assessment of not only hard skills, but primarily soft skills, the manager offers successful employees a salary increase or new roles in the company, but it turns out that these decisions are made simply on the basis of a certain subjective vision, right?

Three Kyiv IT professionals created a social network for drivers, which already has 60,000 users. How does eDrive work, which forms a community of thousands of car enthusiasts?
After the start of a full-scale war, three IT guys from Kyiv decided to create their own platform for drivers — not just another forum or a public on social networks, but a full-fledged social network with modern tools for car enthusiasts. So in May 2022, the «eDrive» project was born — not just a car forum or a public on social networks, but a modern platform where drivers can maintain their own blogs about cars, share experiences and use special tools for keeping a «car diary». In three years, the platform has grown from a basic MVP to a community of over 60,000 users, mostly from Ukraine. We tell you what kind of tool this is and who it is useful to.

From accelerator to system: how Defence Builder is changing the approach to defence innovation
War sets priorities very quickly. It clearly shows the difference between technology as an idea and technology as a real capability. You can create a strong innovative solution — but without testing, integration, production, standards and constant feedback from the front, it will not become part of the defense system.

Made in Ukraine, delivered to the USA. Ukrainians launch a network of golf simulators in the States. Will the new product of the startup Remo succeed in conquering the huge American market?
Ukrainians are opening a network of golf simulators in the United States, trying to meet the growing demand for such a product in this country. According to the CEO and founder of the Remo startup Yaroslav Pryhara, more than 40 million people in the United States already play golf simulators, and the potential audience is much wider. This is comparable to the entire population of Ukraine. A rapid surge of interest in this sport occurred after the Covid pandemic.
One Remo Golf Simulator is already operational in Austin, Texas, and another has opened in Nebraska. The next step is to further expand the network of golf simulators over the next year. Contracts have already been signed for the installation of such simulators in a number of states, and the units for this have been put into production.
