That's Life

A few years ago, the RozetkaPay team worked with spreadsheets — like many other companies at the start. But when the number of clients approached 300, and the plans became more ambitious, it became clear: scaling without automation was no longer possible. After implementing NetHunt CRM, requests between four departments began to be processed within an hour, and over 80% are completed successfully every month. In this case study, we will tell you what processes CRM helped optimize, and what you can implement in your company today.

We live in an era of amazing technological breakthroughs: artificial intelligence is changing the world, augmented reality is erasing boundaries, space is getting closer, and scientists are finding solutions to the most complex global problems — from climate change to pandemics. These revolutionary transformations are happening here and now, at arm’s length. However, for many talented women, this world of innovation remains out of reach. Systemic barriers and inequalities continue to keep them outside these exciting processes.
