With the light hand of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, a draft law «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Regulating Passenger Transportation by Taxi or Passenger Cars on Order» was developed. It is reported that at present the draft law is only being submitted for approval to the State Regulatory Service, so there is no talk of its adoption yet — it has not even been registered in parliament. Nevertheless, this does not cancel plans for the future reform, so it caused quite a stir.
