Have you ever wondered why some SEO specialists are always one step ahead, while others «sluggish» without understanding how to choose a strategy for their own development? The skill of strategic thinking in SEO allows you not only to develop effective strategies, but also to understand their impact on long-term results. Moreover, studies show that about 80% of successful SEO campaigns start with the correct formulation of queries at the briefing stage. In part 2 of the guide, I will talk about how to effectively navigate SEO relevance and how to properly brief leads. In addition, I will share additional tips for developing strategic thinking.

Danylo Golota is the co-founder and CMO of the Fintellect startup and a 3OSHB serviceman. His team describes the eponymous application as a «smart platform for managing money for service companies.» In particular, these are design studios, IT outsourcing, consulting companies, and other businesses that sell professional services. Despite the fact that the product appeared at an inconvenient time — just on the eve of a full-scale invasion, and part of the team actively volunteered, they had enough strength and perseverance to significantly improve the first version of the application and bring it to the market. In 2023-2024, the startup attracted investment and entered the American Berkeley Skydeck accelerator. At the same time, Danylo himself has moved from active volunteering to serving in the ranks of the Defense Forces. He does not disclose his current role in the 3rd Military School, but in an interview he makes it clear that he is currently applying his professional skills and IT background in the army. From dev.ua, Danylo Golota talked about how the product came about and what plans the team has for the near future; how you manage to promote it while being in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; and what it takes to get noticed in the army and use your acquired skills rationally.

The share of IT professionals who work more than one job has increased over the year: last year there were 8% of them in Ukraine and 11% abroad, and this year it is already 12% and 15%.

Cybersecurity is definitely the topic of the year in IT, although the latest attack on government registries has shown that this topic is still not given enough attention in our society.

On December 23, the Centralized Database of Ported Numbers (CDB) resumed its work. On December 20, the Ukrainian State Center for Radio Frequencies (UDCR) conducted technical work to increase the capacity of systems involved in processing applications from subscribers changing operators. This was due to the abnormally high demand for porting numbers to the lifecell network in December, which significantly exceeded the technical capabilities of the Centralized Database.
